Can not drive with seals parted from window. They say sorry unless u can come by shop we don't come and see if we can help u. All u had to do was send someone by take a look. What a joke. Cant drive it legally due to glass yet u can't get of your chair come and see.
I had an appointment today for a technician (Wadi-1833 Alvarado) to come replace my windshield. He was supposed to come between noon and 5pm. I've been waiting in the hot sun at an auto shop from 11:45am to 5:10pm and he never showed. I never received a phone call, email, nothing! I tried calling the customer service line but the only thing the woman could tell me, besides repeating "I'm sorry; I can't help you." (What is she getting paid for then?) is that Mr. Alvarado noted that he showed up at 11am and left because no one was there. First of all, my father was there until I showed up at 11:45am. Second, MY APPOINTMENT WAS FROM 12NOON-5PM!! WHY DID HE SHOW UP AND LEAVE AT 11AM??? This is seriously the most unheard of and worst business I've ever dealt with. I'm completely and utterly upset. The technician is a joke and the customer service is a joke. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, HASSLE, AND MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

A racist company specially the manager of passadena Keneth seffely and his manager drwe carter.
WARNING!!!!!!
Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First, the work they did is pathetic. Had two chips in my windshield repaired. It looks like they put a few dabs of super glue in the chips and left it at that. Looks worse than before they did anything. Second, my price without going through my insurance would have been $149. I ended up using my insurance to have it fixed and Safelite billed them $85. ??? Third, they say that they use injection to repair the chip and there is a possibility of the windshield cracking more when they do it. You have to sign a waiver saying they aren't liable if they break your windshield while trying to repair it. Avoid this company at all cost, I wish I would have.
No dont go cheap glass its thin it leaked water and I can hear noise air the guy smelled like garbage and smoked in my car.........
This business is sorely in need of better communication and basic common sense!!! After ordering the wrong part and coming out to my house without checking that it was the right window first they left, telling me they would call me within a week since they received the new window part. After a week no one had bothered to call me and I finally got a call back after both my husband and I called into their offices to get an update. Four days later a technician came out to fix my window and didn't have the right tools to fix another window that was also damaged because he had "let a friend borrow them." He also did not clean all the glass and my son cut his fingers on glass left in his car seat. The broken window is the back passenger window and I happened to roll the window down a week later to check it and it stayed down even when I tried to roll it back up. When I called them to get it fixed they set up another service call. And on the day of service, the initial technician that came out called to tell me I would have to drive it over an hour to the dealership bc they would have to reset the safety roll down button and he guessed the other technician just didn't know this. I asked him why I was never told about this in the first place since I would have just taken the car to the dealership in the first place without waiting for a week for the same dealership to ship them the window and the technician said he didn't think to mention it. All of this was after the initial appointment was scheduled for a few days out and I was told that prior to that someone would come and vacuum out the glass in my car my car so i could at east drive it between now and then... and when I called to check on where that person was a very rude and unsympathetic dispatcher told me that was impossible since they do not have appointments in my area on that day and then she hung up on me when I told her she needed to get her "sh^t" together. Five hours later a technician called me from the wrong state entirely to come out to vacuum my car. When I explained to him the mix up, he complained that he had just driven a long way and took my explanation as an apology and informed me it was okay. So bizarre The point is if you are in Virginia, call Binswanger Glass or literally anyone else other than Safelite because they do not have their act together. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

When I had a broken side window, Safelite was quick and courteous. Unfortunately, they use poor quality glass. The tint didn't match, and when you looked down the glass, it was wavy. The factory glass was perfectly smooth. I complained, but all they did was offer to replace it again, with the same junk glass, no doubt.
This is a great company. Everyone was very friendly. They make the process of repairing glass extremely easy. It is very convienant to have an expert come to your home or place of work. They clean your windows and vacuum for no extra charge. The make the process stress-free!
Foreign company. Bad for small business. Bad for our economy. Lied to me to get my business. Treated their employee like dirt.

Had my glass repaired and failed , molding coming off car, scratched my vehicle total bad experience
I called Safelite for a windshield quote and they said since I was a business owner they would give me $150 off the regular price of $325. The best price they could give me would be was $175 if I drove to one of their shops. I got my windshield installed by Super-Low Price Auto Glass in Riverside,CA. for $110 out the door price. Safelite is a big rip-off
Did not repair right first time. Ended up damaging my van on 3rd attempt at repair. Water still leaks inside car and whistle from bad seal. Work was farmed out to a shop in Burlington, KY. Neither shop nor Safelite Autoglass would fix correct or at end refund money.
After reporting damage to my car, safelite conviently came up with an excuse - their repair guy made a note of random dings on side of car before repair. I disagree and they never would provide copy of this note. They also denied the repair for the damage their repair guy did.
