I called Russell Robinson Water Well Service because we were having trouble with our pump, and my husband wasn’t able to fix it!
I phoned them early in the morning, they came all the way from Vidor to Buna as soon as I called, diagnosed the problem, and went back to Vidor to get me a new pump. ( We’ve lived here 19 years, and I don’t think we’ve ever had to replace it! I had water by 1:30! They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and got the job done! I would certainly recommend them if you are having problems.

Recently visited my elderly aunt in Texas and her water system was a mess! We almost took her to stay at the hotel with us but decided to look up a company that would be able to come and fix it permanently! They came out quickly, repaired the issue and priced it fairly! My husband is a plumber and is knowledgeable on pricing so we know for a fact that Russell Robinson did not inflate things! I’m very happy and if I ever hear that my aunt needs assistance in the future with her well, I won’t hesitate to call them back.

On a Sunday! these guys were here pronto and got me fixed right up. If you need well or pump service these guys are The Best!!

If your thinking of useing another company, your wasting your time, these fellas was out here in 15 mins by time called them, repaired everything in fast, experience timely matter, talked me through my problems, and why.. prices are great, if not most likely he work with you.. he wont leave you with out water... thanks so much russell, its hard to find a trusting company...but you put the iceing on the cake...

Came right out, good and prompt, work reasonable rate

They came out on Saturday of memorial day weekend. Stayed couple hours got us water pumping again at a very reasonable cost. Then came back on Tuesday after the weekend when I called because I had no water again. My breaker had blown. But they fixed me right up and didn't make me feel foolish for calling. Thanks Guys.
