First of all, if zero stars were an option, I would most definitely select that.



This business provides completely unsatisfactory service. The first time I spoke with them was two month's ago. They failed to fix my ice-maker the first time, but proceeded to charge me 175 dollars anyway. They second time they came, which was a lengthy one month after, they asked for another 150 dollars for a part replacement. Evidently, that failed as well. When I contacted them regarding a refund, they would tell me that they will call me back. Of course, they didn't.



Over and over, they would tell that they will contact me shortly. Eventually, it was ME who would have to keep calling them regarding my issue.



This business is not prompt at all. Despite having a SCHEDULED appointment, they show up late anyway.



The employees of this business rude and almost condescending. They do not provide a sincere and professional attitude in any means. Attitude-change is necessary.



Evidently, it seems as if they have no proper and systematic way of organizing their business. They are untimely, they do not record their services, they don't even seem to remember the names and numbers of their clients. A business like this should be shut down ASAP.



Even at this point, I have not received my refund. Concerned? I suggest that you stay as far as possible from this business.
