Route 66 Recovery

This is the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with. My wife broke down there on a trip i called and told them where she was they could not find her (right on the interstate even gave them the mile marker) and then the driver got an attitude with her on the phone. I then called there dispatcher and he called me a liar and hung up on me. So i hope u don't ever break down in Flagstaff and call these people!!!

i broke down in the coconino forest with my truck, these guys got me and my truck out safe and sound, Nils the driver was great, professional, and very friendly, i was very happy i called the right company. BTW the shop you dropped me of at was great also/ Angelo A.

These guys were on top of things when my big rig broke down. They were friendly and affordable. They dropped me and my co-driver at a motel after dropping our truck at the repair shop. I highly recommend them

Nothing scarier that breaking down on the highway at night someplace unfamiliar which is what happened to me! The highway patrol called a towing company for me as I had NO cell phone service. Route 66 showed up about 35 min after I had seen the highway patrol. The driver came to my window and told me his truck was warm and that I should go sit in it while he loaded my car as it was extremely cold out. In about 10 min we were headed back to Flagstaff where he dropped me at a Hotel and told me to call him in the morning when I found a place to take my car. It was really a comfort to be towed by these guys. The next day I found a local shop and called Route 66 they came to my hotel picked me up and took me and my car to 7Day Automotive. The guys there were very nice as well and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off when I got the bill. Thanks again to both these businesses and thanks to the highway patrol for sending Route 66 to rescue me!!
