What can I say? He picked up the phone when I called, then he told me what to do to solve a timing problem. He is all around a top-notch pro at what he does. I will recommend him to my friends and family. He earned every star that I gave him, I will use him again.

My 2002 Mercedes-Benz E320 serpentine belt came off the track. After performing the diagnostic, Marcus discovered the tension control was bad. Instead of just fixing the tension control, Marcus recommended to replace the Idler pulley since both of those 2 parts generally fail around the same time. He explained replacing both parts at the same time would lower my cost in the long run (and I am all about saving money), because if I waited until the idler pulley failed, there would be additional cost if someone had to perform another diagnostic to determine the part needed replacing. I decided to take Marcus's advice since his prices were affordable and his knowledge about Mercedes were impressive. I like how Marcus described my issues in words and analogies I could understand. Marcus effectively communicated with me from the time I placed the service call with him until the time my vehicle was repaired. Marcus test drove my vehicle with me to confirm my serpentine belt was on track and secured. Overall, the customer service was amazing and I WILL recommend him to my family and friends.

Come out to do a diagnostic on my truck for fuel pump issue seems to me very knowledgeable about automotive repairs now I haven’t had any work done by him yet but I think he can handle the job at hand.

Marcus came out and put a new fuel pump in my truck this morning was on time like he said gave me a very fair and honest price did a great job putting pump truck fired right up.I agree with the reviews this man knows his stuff great knowledgeable mechanic and a cool person if you need a mobile mechanic he is the man call I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!!!!!

Hands down...the kindest, honest, and best mechanic in the Atlanta area. He calmed me down when my vehicle would not turn over, took the time to let me know he would find the issue and be sure to fix it. Low and behold, it was a simple issue with my battery. Marcus was here for less than half of an hour, and I was on the road again! If you are going to need a mobile mechanic, Marcus is your man! I am recommending him to EVERYONE! Price? AFFORDABLE! I was stranded 60 miles away from home due to alternator problems, went on a limb and went with BML due to comments on this page and his prices! Over the phone he walked me through how to asses the problem without him having to charge me for looking at my car and also told me how to go about getting the parts I needed. Marcus came to my house to replace a dead battery in my truck. He noticed a hose that was about to blow. It was swollen on one end and the clamp had cut into it. Marcus was very knowledgeable and eager to educate me on what was wrong with the engine. He replaced the battery and hose. The charge was very reasonable. There was no charge for the trip. I'm so happy to have discovered Roadside with BML Mobile Mechanic.

One of the belts on my sons truck broke while he was moving from Woodstock to Paulding. We called a mobile mechanic and purchased a new belt. My son waited for 3 hours and the guy never showed up. We called and called the guy and he never answered his phone, so we gave up on him. I decided to find someone else. Luckily, I found Marcus on the internet and gave him a call. I asked when he could meet us at the truck. He is so good he was already booked for the rest of the day and into the night. He told us he could meet us at 8:00am the next morning and told us it may also need a new alternator so we bought one just in case. Marcus met us the next morning and he fixed the truck. Awesome service, very knowledgeable, professional, affordable and most of all HONEST. Very professional, i called and he came right away. Even bought me Gatorade because i been broke down in a hot car for a few hours. He can fix anything.

Last night my car just cut off on the highway and wouldn't start. It was late and I was very frustrated. I called 3 companies before calling BML Mobile Mechanic and none of these so called "mobile/roadside" companies would even pick up the phone. I know it was late but their ad says 24hrs. I was so upset by the time I called BML and the tech not only answered, he was also patient and calmed me down and assured me I was in good hands. This company was out to me in-less than an hour. The tech that showed up was very professional and I could tell he really knew his stuff. This man not only fixed my issue, he did it in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed but that wasn't the best part of this horrible experience, the COST of the labor was so affordable I was able to pay with CASH when I was so ready to pull out my card! Needless to say BML is now locked in my phone and I intend to use them for all my mechanical needs. Thanks again for the Excellent service you provided!!!
