Road Runner Moving

I'd love to give this company a fair rating, however they never showed up on the scheduled date to actually provide a service. DO NOT USE. We still cannot get in touch with the business owner after two days, had to scramble to rent a U-HUAL and call family and friends to help. What should have been an easy move became very stressful. While they could be great movers please do not use. I'd love nothing more than for their business to go under after they inconvenienced me this weekend!!

I have used this business before with no problems. I had a recent move and they damaged some furnishings. They have refused to make any repairs or even address the issue. Be very careful and don't pay them until you check your furnishings.

My husband and I have used Road Runner Moving service several times and have been so impressed each and every time by the impressive job they do. They are fast and very careful...never a scratch on anything and they are extremely polite and professional. We were selling a house and had to change the move date a few times due to issues with closing and they were always understanding. They've done small jobs (just moving heavy furniture downstairs for us) to a full 3 bedroom house move. We would never use any other movers than Road Runner...if I could give them 10 stars I would. We couldn't be more pleased with them.
