Established in 1987, Rio Cibolo Ranch is a more than 100-acre ranch that offers a range of entertainment, catering and dining options. It can accommodate over 9,000 guests and is available for various private and corporate events. The ranch hosts receptions, weddings, reunions, company picnics, retreats, seminars, conventions, festivals, live music programs and retirement parties. Its facilities also feature open pastures and orchids. The ranch offers event management services, as well as operates a cooking school that conducts lectures and demonstrations by various guest chefs and wine experts. In addition, its catering menu includes smoked beef, fried catfish, roasted pork, chicken dishes, chopped onion, diced jalapenos and cornbread muffins. Rio Cibolo Ranch serves a variety of beers and wines.
