Reid and Sons Drainage

Hired this co to rod out tubs as there was no drainage in two unit bathrooms, this co went out rodded tub and left leaving 3 inches of water in the tubs. I called and was told they need to rod main and could not find it. I was told they want to come back out and rod main from unit so 2nd time they didn't do job again and left. I gave permission to put what ever hole they needed to in order to fix issue they left after one hole saying they cant find main! I knocked holes in closet found drain they went back out said that was not good enough they want hole in another area and i told them to go ahead again and put a hole where ever they need to and i will fix it later they again left said will come back in few days. this has gone on a week now so i fired they and hired Reid And Peterson they called with in 30 min and will be out tomorrow and will do what it takes to fix issue. Dont suggest using Able ever
