Reflections Body Shop

I have had 3 vehicles fixed at Reflections, by far the best body shop I have ever used. the work is outstanding and excellent customer service. There can be a wait to get your vehicle in for repair but its well worth it.

Worst customer service I have seen in a while. I needed an estimate and it was like I asked him to move heaven and earth. I will find someone that will smile at me while taking my money.

Can't even tell my car was wrecked. Fair prices and the work is of impressive quality. Will recommend and use again.

Had my car worked on and it was done earlier than expected. Can't even tell it was wrecked. It drives better than when I bought it used.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSOINAL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We had an agreement on the work to be done. And he has a problem with with the insurance company paying for part of it and the other part of it coming from my lean holder... Here I thought we worked everything out to where the whole payment would come from my lean holder.. then out of nowhere he just decides he's not going to do the work (without telling me!). So I see my Truck sitting outside his shop while I'm paying for a rental car for 4 days, and I call to ask why no work is being done... he tells me He's not touching my truck, and to get it off his lot or he's going to start charging me a storage fee. Then hangs up in my face !!. Not even an explaination! If you want to be treated like a valued customer go somewhere else.

If I could give them a lower star I would. The owner was a complete JERK and I was not treated like a valued customer at all. I will never go going to them again for any kind of work. If you want any kind of decent customer service go somewhere else.

i recently had my truck worked on there. they had it fixed in a timly manner after it needed alot of repair work and went ahead and kept me posted on an issues that came up as i told them i understood that not everything can go tip top perfect and i was not worried if it ran a day or two late considering i had a rental but they reassured me that they would do whatever they needed to do to make sure i got taken care of !! - everyone was real friendly and extremley nice .... and i have recommended them to everyone i come in contact with - i am very pleased with there work !!
