Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise provided by Chehalis Ready AutoGlass & Windshield Repair. Right from my initial phone call, I was provided with friendly customer service and a next day appointment, at my chosen location (work). Honestly, it doesn't get any easier than this.
George gave me a courtesy call an hour before he was able to show up, and another call when he was onsite. George was on time, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. He explained in detail, how he was going to fix the chips to my windshield and what to expect from the results. It all made perfect sense and left me with little doubt that I was in good hands.
George called me when he was done, (again, within minutes of his estimated repair time) and showed me the repair and explained Ready AutoGlass’ more than fair, guarantee. I have been using Redde Auto glass starting when I was in the motor home repair business. They have always been very friendly and completely professional. Their work has always been superb. They go out of their way to make things right without asking when required.

I called on a Wednesday and spoke with Judy. I had a new windshield installed in my Mercedes by 9:30am the following Friday. This was done in my driveway. The crew was great. They even took the time to correctly repair a damaged wire to the rain sensor. (The previous company used masking tape to hide their mistake).
