RC Appliance Repair

Had problems with our LG refridgerator/freezer cooling system. Their technician showed up, unplugged the refer and plugged it back in and said there you go. I paid $75 for this service. I called them the next day to tell them that their expert did not fix the problem and could they please come back to figure it out. He came back and said this time it was the compressor. Since they were not an authorized technician for the LG they would need to have the waranty part shipped to them and they could replace it. I did all the leg work and got LG to ship them the part. No help from them. I called 4 days later only to find out that they can't help me and there are no parts on order. They did NOTHING and got paid to do NOTHING. We are now scrambling to find someone to help us since this company doesn't know how to communicate. Total waste of time. Very rude receptionist from the start as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!! They have no clue what customer service is!!

This is a great company! Not only did they show up on time, the guy called me 20 mins before he was coming just to let me know! I have an LG washer and there was a part he needed to get to fix it. Normally he would order it and then come back to fix it. It was around lunch time and he knew I had 3 little kids and ALOT of washing. He took his lunch time and ran around to find the part and then fixed it over his lunch! Now that is service, I didn't feel like a number, I felt like he was a family guy too and knew what a hassel it is when your appliances don't work! Thanks to RC my washer is running again, cuz the piles of wash keep coming!
