I ordered windows and door and paid them half. They lost my order until I called 7 weeks later to find out where they were. I didn't get any product paperwork, I don't know the brand of products, or the cost. I'm trying to claim it on taxes, but I don't know the product cost. However, the installers were fabulous.

If I could give this company a ZERO I would! From start to finish this company was terrible with customer services, follow through, keeping their word, and doing a good and thorough job. From day they came out to quote the job they made many verbal promises they didn't keep and then when called out on it, was told do you have it in writing, oh no then you have no proof? This company boosts being a Christian company but shows no sign of it to their trusting customers. We signed contract in April job wasn't done until SEPTEMBER due to error after error on their part mind you. We ordered insulation and 15 windows and it took 6 months to complete, and we were promised it would be done in 1 month. This company refused to make it right with us, instead threatened to lien our home if we didn't pay full amount (no discount offered) even though they repeatedly messed up, nor honored one single promise. Funny, they talk a good game on the front end when they are trying to get you to sign contract. Then after you sign contract get ready for one crazy awful ride, and no promises met. After all this company put us through I'd NEVER recommend them for anything. Nearly broke our sanity dealing with them.

We hired RAM Residential to install new windows in our house and they did an amazing job! They installed 14 windows in 2 days (1 day to allow the caulking to dry). The men were really friendly and also the costs were rather sensible too.

Excellent hard workers. They ended on time, did a great job of cleaning up, were friendly & polite. We were pleased with the initial outline estimate of the job that was the best one out of 5 bids we had taken comparing prices & material.

When we purchased our house, we were advised our roof was "OK," but considering the winter I have been experiencing, we shortly discovered the roof wasn't so "fine." We called RAM Residential, after asking around and they came the very same day... They gave us a thorough inspection and estimate. Once we authorized the work, a staff was there to make the repairs. They were professional, fast, and courteous through the entire process, from beginning to finish. We recommend them.

A salesperson from RAM Residential cam out to analyze my roof, and gave me a reasonable offer to repair the damage from a tree branch that fell on it. It was fair, and they could get the job started fairly rapidly. We had other companies come out, and they could not have the repairs completed for over a couple of weeks. And their prices were much higher.

The work was completed in 4 days, and it seems like new! We had rain the other day, and no new leaking. So far so good. Very amazed!

Well to start, when the salesman came out to my home he was very good,knew his product which meant alot for having and wanting alot of work done on my home. now for the bad part, after the price was given to me, i was very pleased, and decided to sign on the spot and have them start working the following week,we had set a date to start, then roger called us to inform us there was a mistake made on the pricing one day proir to them starting. Roger was very nice came out to our home and explained where the mistake was, not a few hundred dollars but over $5000.00 mistake, which made me really feel like bait and switch, long story short i didnt go with them, would not do the work for the price his salesperson gave us,i did sign with another local company and there price was only higher by 300.00 for all the same materials, i did get several more prices and they fell right around the first price ram gave to us.



a customer that was lost

I had four companies come to my home to give me estimates on my roof. One of them tried to convince me to go with 3-Tab so he was right out, but of the other three Ram was the middle in price. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with them, as I didn't know their name like I did the others, but I'm glad I did. My roof looks beautiful, and they went above and beyond, going so far as to replace almost all of my wood under the shingles without asking for a dime extra. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Horrible company. Was told someone was going to contact me, but no one did until the next week. First guy that called me said he would call me back within an hour and never did. Second guy called a few days later and said he was going to be out to my house in a couple of hours, but never showed up and didn't even call to let me know. No one has called me back since then. Probably didn't want to do the home repairs because they weren't going to make a lot of money. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

We used RAM for replacement siding and a roof on our home that we had just purchased. The salesman were professional (not too pushy) and we were able to get financing handled through the salesman. They had the job completed in a matter of a couple days from start to finish. Very pleased. Great job of clean up (I am very picky about my landscaping).

When contacted they sent someone out right away to give me a estimate. I had to postpone hiring them until I worked things out with the insurance company. After I got the approval of the repairs I contacted them. I was then told "how great it was that I choose them and that they would be out again in 3 days to update my quote". After a week I called back as "Rick" had called me several times saying he would be here but then failed to show. Once Rick showed I was told that I would be put on the books to have the repairs done within 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went. I called again, and was told they had people out sick and were behind, which I understood and continued to wait. I then got a call back from Rick and he told me he would be out to do the roof repair that day or the next. I said, WAIT, I do not have you estimate you can't just go up and fix and then give me a bill. He said oh you want me to get you that first? I said well yes. He said Oh OK, I will be out by the end of the week and give it to you (this after I faxed him the insurance work he asked for and a quote from another contractor he requeseted) Well Friday came and went, the weekend went by, then Mon and Tues. I called on Wens and spoke to the office staff, she was concerned and said she would go and talk to the owner. Well Wens came and went and then Thurs...Friday I get a call from the office from a new person who wants to know if I have gotten the repairs done as they would like the business...LOL I told him you have the business but your company lacks desire to get the job done. He said he was sorry and would put me in contact with the owner right now. After being gone a few minutes he comes back to tell me that they have decided that due to my location they did not want the business? I said really? You have know where I have lived and strong me along for 6 weeks now. He said sorry and agreed it wasn't right. BEWARE, when they found out that I would not let them do work without a detailed estimate they bailed......

the work that was dont was on my roof was wonderful. every person on the crew spoke english and was more than happy to anwser my questions. this was not the cheapist company out there but it was worth every penny. i will go to them for every home inprovement i ever need!
