  believe me and go see for yourself this medical office operates like one of those new companies where everyone is happy! the workers doctors and patients are all happy and reflect that. im happy thinking about them. what else to say? they are amazing

  It is easy to be very nervous for the experience to go to a doctors office. I was very nervous. First: the office is located in a very nice area with lots of parking available and lots of greenery and big trees and parks that my girlfriend and i passed. As soon as you walk in there is a green room with beautiful waterfalls - VERY RELAXING. The waiting room is colorful and... read more the large windows bring in bright sunlight. Movies and news with subtitles are playing in the waiting room on two large screens - lots of new good magazines and more greenery. The staff: wow*... I have been to the office twice now and the staff is the best in brooklyn. They are happy and sweet and so friendly that they truly were sugar. All of my questions were answered immediately. A few people are walking around in suits and a many people in matching uniforms (scrubs i think) Wherever I was in the office there was always someone asking if comfortable and checking on me in my day. The doctor: i almost had chills at his deep listening to my concerns, he understood me!!!. He spent good time helping me know what to do to be healthier. any question I had were answered in a way i can understand. I see easily he is very experienced. Private rooms: This was the ultimate! Before my procedure I was escorted to a large room with wood walls and a beautiful apple tv playing some movies, they gave me a remote and sat me down in a comfortable large suede chair and even asked if I wanted lights dimmed. The Procedure Room: LARGE WITH LOTS OF MEDICAL PEOPLE! there were two doctors (the pain doctor and dr.gupta) there was maybe 5 doctors or nurse of surgery people taking care of different things for me. Everyone was so professional you can tell they love what they are doing and are pros. Everyone seemed very smart and caring, and I felt very secure and comforted. The test: Piece of cake... all i can say is that I had beautiful dreams of beaches, when I woke up (15 or 20 minutes later) I really did felt like I just got back from island... soo relaxed. I went back to the private waiting room and lay down for a bit. I was awaken with a menu of soups and snacks. I had a some tasty soup with some cookies and tea. I felt like a billion dollars. After - I wanted to hug everyone it was such a pleasure to experience a doctors office that is so organized friendly and comfortable. - I wrote dr.gupta a long letter to thank him. thank you everyone at GUPTA GASTRO i hope this helps other patients who are nervous not be nervous anymore.   Not a chance that any place could be better

  Ive been to a few doctors offices in the TriState area and also Orange County,... read more patients. I never ever though Id say it, but - Im looking forward to my next visit.
