We have made so many purchases from RC Willey that I can't even count. Most of them have gone well and their furniture works for us. The last purchase of a bed frame and the installation was not the best. They showed up late (6pm) and then assembled the frame quickly. When we sleep on it that night we realized something was off. Turns out they hadn't aligned the footings properly, so we had to take everything apart and fix it ourselves.
