Security Tool virus got in... luckily i had other means to surf the net for a tech. When I called Qubit I spoke to a live person, described what happened, and what I saw on my monitor. The tech was confident, knew exactly what I was talking about. He charged a flat fee and came out on site. Geek Squad and a few others I found on the net charged double almost triple what I paid Qubit. The tech even did a follow up visit the next day to make sure I was not still infected.
I felt comfortable with them, I felt that I could trust them not to rip me off. I had to call the office a few times for scheduling changes and questions, and everytime I got a live person....no answering machine. I loved that. Usually with a small business I run into that.
