Staff made a mistake that slightly delayed our shipment initially however the staff worked really hard to help ensure that our ATVs arrived before Christmas which was priceless! Dispite the crates arriving in rough looking shape and a lack of detailed installation instructions all parts accounted for and everything went together well, only one minor broken part which will be replaced. Grandkids love their ATV’s

Staff was helpful and their showroom was nice. Bought an Enduro Motorcycle and no issues so far. Got title and registration done right there so I didn’t have to even go to the DMV

I want to order a dirt bike. How would it come? Would it have to be built or does it show up on a truck ready to go?

Was late but ordered a 125cc go kart for my grandson and paid extra for fast delivery. Still waiting to hear confirmation that it was shipped. Its Xmas but all the more reason to send notices and delivery updates

We ordered one of the PowerWheels youth ATV's for our 8 year old son and he loves it. It's been very reliable and has some great safety features. Very pleased with Q9 Powersports in Madison. Considering one of there scooters for my daughter in college as well.

I purchased the Hummer 250D and the complete transaction was very smooth. Shipping was very fast and with a top rate carrier. Product vhas performed as had hoped for and looks really nice. I got for my grown children to ride on my acreage when they come to visit and for me to use as utility ATV around the place. So far its preformed at 100% satisfaction, it has A very stable ride and is quite adjile with a tight turning radius.

My husband and I ordered 2 electric quads for our daughters in December. When we called Q9 to order them, they said they had the units in stock, and would send them right out. In addition, they come with 2 free helmets.. Which, we were not expecting, but it seemed like a nice deal. They sent the two helmets out, but the quads were never sent. We finally called, and were told by Jeremy that they were lost in shipping, and usually they just send two more when this happens (really???) , but they are now out of stock. He said he could give us two other units (gas powered), which were worth more money, but we did not want gas powered. We wanted what we ordered. We started to get a weird feeling about this company, so we decided to just cancel the order. Our belief is they never sent out the quads, and we were being lied to. They said they would refund our money once we sent the helmets back or pay $80 dollars each for the helmets! We said that was fine, we would send the helmets back, but we needed a shipping label for the helmets (that we never ordered), because we were not going to pay for shipping on these free helmets!!!! They will not send a shipping label, and now we are just going around in circles, and we are out $1000 for the time being. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I recently stopped in at Q9 Powersports to pick up a part. The staff was polite and helpful, even though the part was small. Can’t wait to deal with them again. These guys are cool!
