Protocol Plumbing

I have never written a review, but I was so impressed with Eric from Protocol Plumbing, I have no reservations in recommending him. He is professional, thorough, and an expert in his trade. I'm glad my uncle, who manages a kitchen remodeling company, and has used Protcol's services extensively, recommended Eric to me.

I had a recent Sewer issue and Protocal Plumbing was recommended to me, they were friendly, spot on with my issue and recommended other folks that could also help me fix our problem, they even organized the different people that had to come to our house and explained what happened and what needed to be done, b/c I simply could not translate all that was going on, in the end my problem was solved and thanks to Protocal Plumbing, my sewer issue is resolved. They also fixed the issue with our waterless tank heater, added a few modifications to our plumbing system! I love these guys, they are my plumbers for life!

I had my hot water tank replaced yesterday and felt compelled to write a review regarding the excellent customer service I received from start to finish from Erich. I received a lower quote from him than several other places I called, he was positive, prompt and pleasing. He replaced my tank, cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain the warranty and made sure I knew how to operate the tank. He expressed that I was a valuable customer and relayed that he would take care of everything if I had any problems with the tank in the future. Thank you, Erich! Kathy from Kent.

I recently had my water heater replaced. I first called the other top rated plumber in http://yellowpages.com/, but was surprised at how expensive it was going to be (they quoted between $1000-$1100). Instead, I went with Protocol Plumbing and I'm glad I did. The plumber (Erich) took care of everything, including purchasing the new water heater and removing the old one. He showed up at my place exactly when he said he would and was respectful of my time. The final price was about half of what the other guys quoted. When I asked about the price discrepency he explained that many companies now charge flat rates, which overcharges most customers. This is why he quit his old job and started his own company, so that he could charge a fair rate and feel good about himself.



As far as quality goes, I have no complaints about the workmanship. Although, I admit that I'm not qualified to judge such a thing (that's what I have to call a plumber).
