Pro Water Damage helped us incredibly. A sink overflowed in our house and the water went through our hardwood floors to a bedroom and bath below. I really didn't know who to call so I looked online for a company that does water restoration. I guess it was the luck of the draw because I picked Pro Water Damage. They arrived at our house in less than 30 minutes and they did an amazing job. The ceiling in the bedroom was coming off and the walls were bubbling. They removed all the damaged drywall, set up dryers and dehumidifiers and had the house dried out in 2 days. As a result of the wonderful customer service I received from Mr. Eli Daboush and Pro Water Damage Inc., I am writing this review in appreciation of their thoroughness, professionalism and courtesy. In the middle of the night last summer, one of our upstairs under-sink flex lines blew. It must have been running for hours, because, by the time we heard the water, both upstairs and downstairs were flooded. We called Mr. Daboush at 1:30am and he and his team arrived within minutes. Always courteous and making sure to explain every step of removal and dryout, Mr. Daboush and his team immediately set out to dry out our home, working 24 hours a day until the job was done. Using high tech infrared cameras and gigantic blowers, Pro Water Damage succeeded in preventing further water damage and saving our home from the dreaded black mold. Mr. Daboush worked directly with our insurance company and everything was covered. When another, unaffiliated, company broke some outdoor lights while removing some of our furniture, Mr. Daboush stepped in and took care of the cost to replace, even though it wasn't his problem. I experienced a recent flood on the first floor of my house from my dishwasher. Unfortunately, it happened over a holiday weekend. I called Pro Water Damage Restoration and talked with Eli. He came right over and began the procedure of drying out the house. Several days later, we scheduled a time to pick up the equipment, but I unfortunately had to go into work really early the same day. Eli said, "no problem," and met me at my house at 4:30 AM. That's what I call "above and beyond." The company was great to work with. They handled everything with the insurance company. I'm extremely happy with their service. They were also very pleasant to work with and made a painful process move along as painlessly as possible.

I woke up and discovered the water supply pipe on the toilet had broken. I found Pro Water Damage on YP.com and they were out to our residence right away to begin the cleanup process.
