Precision Towing & Recovery

John at Precision Towing & Recovery was extremely helpful! Unfortunately I was in need of an emergency tow. I was stuck on 101 E with my 6 month pregnant wife and needed to get off the highway as soon as possible! I have been a triple AAA member for the past couple of years but it was NOT AAA that helped me, it was Precision who came to our rescue in less than 15 minutes. I am very pleased with how helpful Precision was, they were very kind and professional! I highly recommend Precision Towing & Recovery to everyone out there in need of a tow! I will continue to recommend this company and if I am in need of a tow again it will be Precision I call to tow me and NOT AAA. Thank you Precision for doing the right thing! Chris Alton, NH

I was driving from out of state to buy a new vehicle and trade in my old one. Irony struck when I was only miles away from the dealership and my old car died, and I didn't have much time to get to the dealership before they closed. With very limited resources, the driver still dropped everything and hauled over, grabbed my car and got me to the dealership before closing, and I drove home successfully in my new car. For this, I will not only be eternally grateful, but will also say that "5 stars" is an understatement for their service.

I recently had my cared towed by the apartment complex I live in because they wanted to plow the parking lot again - which they had done the day before - and discovered that this company carried out the dirty work. It cost me $85 to reclaim my vehicle and if I'd arrived after 5 PM it would have cost $110. I'm sure the apartment owners receive a kickback from this company for each car they tow. Therefore I would never choose to business with this company.

My daughter broke down in New Hampshire on the highway; living more than 150 miles away I was very nervous for her safety. I googled towing companies and Precision towing was the first one I called. To my surprise this company went way above and beyond the norm. They had her off the freeway within 30-minutes and gave her a ride to the Manchester Airport for a rental car. After realizing that she was too young to rent a car they went back to the airport to pick her up and brought her to the Mall of New Hampshire untill I could pick her up. When I was close to Manchester I gave Precision another call and they met me of an exit and lead me to the Mall. I would recommend these people to anyone after the fantastic service I recieved.

I had to call Precision Towing today for a lock out i was told 30min told them my dog was in the car and they were here in 15 min i would recommend this company to anyone.

I just had to write about the FABULOUS service that I received!! It was freezing cold this morning & my car would not start - I called Precision Towing & they came right out jump started my battery & I wasn't even late for work!!! The driver was super pleasant & even let me sit in his truck until my car warmed up!! Thank you so much & Happy Holidays! :) ~Janet
