Wow!! Great experience with Poulos Moving Systems.



I am with a furniture manufacturer and we had a last minute need for installation of our product. I could not be there on site and had never met Pete (Owner) or Steven (General Manager). After speaking with Steven for a while to talk through the project, my intuition told me we would be in good hands but you never quite know in the moving industry until they perform the work. They did an exceptional and professional job and met their estimate in terms of cost. They also coordinated their schedule to meet our tight timeframe...and did so with a very short lead time (2 days).

Our client is a female and has had many experiences with multiple moving companies with a high "creap factor," as she put it. When I spoke with her after the project was complete she said she felt both confident in Poulos Moving System's work and felt personally comfortable interacting with them. That spoke volumes to me. The work was completed ahead of schedule and done with excellence. In fact, our client has now placed Poulos Moving at the top of her list for ongoing internal moves within her company.

My moving crew members were Brian and Andrew. The crew arrived as scheduled. Both Brian and Andrew were friendly, professional and courteous. Let me tell you, these guys are very hard workers. They wrapped EVERYTHING in furniture pads and cared for my things as if they were their own. I have a lot of glass furniture. I moved from Salinas to Gilroy and the total cost was about $150 less than the original estimate, which was done by the owner Pete Poulos. Needless to say, I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants someone who will make sure all of your things arrive in the same condition they were before the move. I cannot tell you how totally impressed I am with my crew Brian and Andrew and Pete. Please consider them for your next move...I know I would use them again.

Our whole family (including extended family members helping us) was VERY impressed by the movers' hospitality. They GREATLY exceeded our expectations. Also, the price was the best out of everyone I called and they were available on the weekend!

Poulos Moving Systems is a top notch moving company. The movers were not only on time but a little early and didn't even count the initial walkthrough into their time worked. Both men were very friendly and personable. When you hire people to move your things you want them to be trustworthy people and thats exactly what these men were. The actual amount owed was less than the written estimate because they were so efficient. They packed the moving truck safely and securely and after a 5 hour drive not one thing had shifted in transit. I can't say enough great things about these guys. If you're in the Monterey area and need help moving, this is the company to call.

Pete, the owner, personally walked through and reviewed what needed to be moved and gave me a very fair, lower-than-any-of-the-big-companies estimate. He scheduled the moving according to what I'd need to meet my own schedule quirks, and he and his assistant showed up early, cranked through the heavy lifting in a remarkably short time, and had everything, including a piano, moved in just a couple of hours. He, and his crew, are professional, congenial, careful, honest, and incredibly good at getting the job done well. I've already recommended Poulos Moving Systems to friends (and will continue to do so) and will only consider this company for future moves. Poulos Moving Systems is the best!!

Poulos Moving company has been one of the best moving companies I have had used. I wish I could have used them when I moved from Wisconsin to California it would have saved me lots of money and my items would not have been so damaged. Poulos team works well together, clean and very skilled at what they do. I had NO DAMAGE at all which is a great. I have used them several times for several moves, I had them move my family antiques in storage and out with no damage. They also moved several of my friends. Anytime I need anything moved Poulos will be the company I call, their pricing, their expertise and team work shows in their work.

I have a moving/shipping co. in Kansas City... to make a long story short, I loaded a semi-tractor trailer going to Carmel Valley(not knowing you can not get a semi in the valley) The helpers I had lined up backed out less than 24 hours before my flight was to leave KC. My wife and I got on the Internet,looking up movers and desperately trying to find help. We made many calls, only to reach movers out of business or closed for the day. I called Poulos Moving Systems and to my surprise..Pete (the owner) answered!!! He knew we would have to shuttle our load into the valley,and he himself with two helper and a truck were there at 8:30 on the dot with less than 24 hour notice,and were just as great and affordable as my own crew at home!!!!
