Your technician, Corey, was efficient and knowledgeable. He identified the problem with the valves, replaced them, and answered all my questions fully. He also showed me how to set the pool controls for maximum effectiveness. I highly recommend this company.

When I woke up the other morning and found my pool half empty and my yard flooded, I thought it would take close to a week if I was lucky to get everything back to normal. I called your company and within 24 hours I had the job quoted at a very reasonable price and completed better than I could ever hope for! All of my future business will be going to your company. I was taking care of my son’s house and property while he was overseas, and I was having an issue keeping the pool clean during the hottest months of the summer. I called Adam at The Pool Agency, he was professional and courteous and said that he could have one of his technicians visit my house the next day. Rick arrived the next day, adjusted the pool chemicals, and cleaned out the filter for me, all at a reasonable fee. I signed up for weekly service and the pool has never looked better. It was refreshing to deal with such polite employees, and receive prompt service. I was relieved to no longer have to deal with the problem by myself, as I couldn’t seem to get the right mixture of chemicals to keep the pool from turning green.

I called on a Friday at 3pm thinking there was no way that I could get my pool fixed by Saturday evening, but The Pool Agency came through for me in a big way. My pump broke down 1 day before my party and when I explained my situation to the office staff, they redirected one of their technicians out to my house. He completed the repair on the spot and even stayed after dark to finish! I can't thank them enough for the excellent service they provide. A+
