        Professional and no nonsense company

        I've used Plumb-Rite for over 8 years now having several projects completed such as; hooking up a water supply, installing a toilet in my basement , replacing my hot water heater, installing a hot air furnace in my garage and replacing a leaking and corroded main sewer line in my basement.

        Each time Tommy the owner would come out and explain my options and get back to me the same day or first thing the next morning with a price. When he promised his workers there between certain hours you could count on it. If there was a problem or delay, Leslie in the office is prompt to call and say what the hold up is and ask you of other options. They are unlike other contractors I have dealt with in the past. They are honest and reliable.

        All the capable workers he had sent to the different projects here were fantastic. The were professional and made sure every last detail of the job was taken care of and stayed well past the usual "quitting time" to make sure all was well. My last two experiences with Plumb-Rite I had Doug perform the work of putting in a sump pump and hooking up a wet bar for me. Let me tell you, everything was done neatly and with detail as if it were his own home. It's service like that that makes me call them without even a second thought.

        I highly recommend Plumb-Rite. Being a business owner myself I know what it's like to provide a more than adaquate service and understand how important that old cliche of "going that extra mile" is.
