Pioneer Pest Management

I called Pioneer on July 24, and spoke to Emily. She was patient with me while I explained a potential mice issue. Thank you Emily for being so kind. On July 29, Pioneer's Technician Extraordinaire, Zack Jenkins, arrived to do a rodent inspection. Zack more than met my expectations. He too, was patient with me while I asked oh so many questions. Very professional. After inspecting the crawlspace and attic (I have great respect for these brave technicians who have to go into these dark and scary spaces), Zack found light mice activity, so set up bait stations. Zack returned August 7, to complete the service (glad there was no further feeding activity). Zack did set up bait stations outside though. Thank you Zack! Appreciate all you've done. I am one happy customer.

I thought we had a problems with raccoons, because we seen many in our backyard.

Grady did a great job of evaluating my situation and coming up with a plan to get rid of the rats in my home. He explained things very clearly and thoroughly. Pioneer's pricing is reasonable and they offer an ongoing maintenance service so the problem doesn't return.

Eric from Pioneer Pest was very professional and informative. He came out for the follow up inspection today and captured and removed the mice and he set new traps and said he'd be back in 1-2 weeks for a final inspection. Great service and great people! Highly recommended company that I will definitively use in the future.

We had an increasing problem with rats (our own fault for storing food in the garage!). We had tried trapping them ourselves and had our current exterminator come and set traps but with little success. We called Pioneer Pest Management and they came out within a couple of days and did an inspection. The technician, Carl, was extremely knowledgeable and explained things so we understood why what we had been doing hadn't worked. He explained what he recommended which included closed bait stations (safe for children and pets). He set everything up that day under the house, in the garage and outside. We just had our second follow up and will continue at least once more as ALL the bait was gone in the stations just outside their entry point and 3 rats were captured or found dead. There was no noticeable activity in the garage! I feel confident that Pioneer will totally solve our problem very shortly.

I had a very bad ongoing ant infestation a few years ago at my home and was babysitting my granddaughters early one morning. I had reached the end of my rope with the ants, and I called Pioneer Pest Management in a panic. Mike came right out to talk to me about what he could do. The problem has been resolved to my satisfaction, and whenever a few ants dare to appear inside the house, I just make a call and a technician is sent out in a few hours to perform a treatment. I highly recommend Pioneer Pest Management!

Absolutely the best. They have been servicing my home for almost a year and they are professional, courteous, thorough and always show up on time.
