THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
so i wanted to sell my car to them really badly. I talked to them woman on the phone and she said that i should stay available between the time of 12-4, so unexpectedly the man calls me at 11:30 and says he's on the way to the location of my car and that it'll only take 20 minutes. I am happy but at the same time it way MY car, so i couldn't just drive there myself, i had to have my mother take me since i was still looking for a car. Plus he was coming earlier than expected and i wasn't even dressed or even near ready, neither was my mom. My car was also 20 minutes away. So i'm rushing and getting my things together, my ID, my title, and i sprint downstairs to where my mom was parked, we start heading that way. I get a call from the guy that is supposed to tow and he already has an attitude. "I don't see your car out here!" and i tell him what it looks like and he continues to get angry. He finally finds it and he hung up on me. I forgot the keys at home, admittedly my mistake but i had to turn around. He called me again and it was 11:55am and he's like "where are you, i have other cars to get." and i said sorry but i forgot my keys, we will be there shortly then this is where it gets GOOD! He says, "We only give you 30 minutes to meet us at the car, your time is up so i have to go. Its your fault and its hot out here, i don't have time for this." The he hangs up on me AGAIN. I call the department and they give me an appointment for a WHOLE WEEK LATER, i denied it. This was one of the worst encounters i have ever had with an employee from any company. He basically didn't care and no one ever told me i only had 3 minutes to reach my location. No other place does this and i think its very ridiculous. I wasn't expecting 5 hours but at least an hour for those who rely on the transportation of others.
