They want to do withdrawals from your bank account to pay for your dumpster except they don't and 3 months later they send you a giant bill...

They are great, not sure what or who changed, I have never had one issue with them. You can call and get a large item pick up any time and it's always very reasonable.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! THEY MISSED MULTIPLE PICKUP DAYS WHEN WE ONLY HAVE TRASH REMOVAL ONCXE A WEEK. THEY TRIED TO SAY THEY DON'T TAKE LAWN CLIPPINGS AND STUFF BUT I HAD EVERYTHIGN IN GARBAGE BAGS SO UNLESS YOU RIP THEM OPEN NO ONE WOULD KNOW WHATS IN THEM. I PAY THEM TO TAKE THE TRASH AND THEY HAVE FAILED. PLEASE TRY A DIFFERENT SERVICE!

This so called "business" is rip off! Make sure you read your contract with them. I signed a year contract on 01/29/13 and called today 06/23/14 they say after the first year contract is up it rolls into another year contract. They want me to pay another 6 MONTHS!! I would NOT do business with them. Would NOT let them pick up my horse crap I have in my field.

they hardly came and picked up the trash..they DO NOT separate the recycling and just dump it all in the same truck. customer service sucks, and hoppers should have never sold to them....
