I agree with Highway robbery. They took advantage of my young son who was traveling from VA to MA and had an accident in PA. He had no collision insurance on car so claimed a loss, still I had to pay 400 dollars so he could turn in tags in MA. Called to get a receipt of payment(12/27/2012), but that don't keep records. I hope nobody has to deal with them. I run a business and keep all my records of everything.

I have have had nothing but good things to say about Patriot, I have used them on a few occasions and have always gone above and beyond. They have even picked me up from my house to come get my vehicle when it was done. (to my suprise they even dealt with a few dents that i didnt ask to have fixed, they said it was because of the frequent flier miles.haha) I have several friends that have used them as well for various things and have all had great service. Staff is knowledgeable and patient. Highly reccomended!

would give zero stars if I could. single worst repair job I ever had. Still fighting with Insurance Co. Staff overheard more concerned with weekend drinking spots than helping customers. Smug attitude. avoid like the plague/
