Years ago I purchased 2 chaise lounge chairs for the pool area from Fireplace and Veranda at a cost of $998. (Silly me!) I called to see if they reupholstered or could recommend someone who could. They seemed more interested in selling me something new but finally they asked for me to send by email a photo. After 3 more attempts to communicate with no response I went to Palm Casual on John Young Pkwy.
What a joy. Great customer service. They look beautiful, completed the job early, and at a very reasonable price. I was also amazed at how their product lines have changed. This company has been in business many years and deservedly so. Kim was a joy to work with

Comedy of Errors - Delivered a pvc tabletop that didn't match the legs and two chairs that were scratched. Didn't show to pick up set when promised. After several calls they took everything back and were to call us when all was fixed. That also didn't happen. When they finally came again, not only was the table top still the wrong color but now the chair fabric was wrong. We told them to take set back again and re-visited the store. While there, we overheard another customer complain that the manager had ordered the wrong cushions for her. That was the last straw. We gave up and got our money back.

We shopped Palm Casual Furniture last month as we were driving down the highway. After spending several hours in the store we walked out with a patio full of wicker furniture. We were most impressed with the fact that Palm Casual is a manufacturer of most of their product. We had our product shipped to Indiana and had it within 3 weeks of placing the order. It came boxed, shrink wrapped on a pallet, and delivered to our home. Couldn't have been any easier and the prices were the best we found.

When you need a great selection of patio furniture this is the place to go. I find the pipe furniture to be the best - it is light weight and durable.
