Overall

Very friendly tech. Very informative. I never felt like I was getting screwed over. I had an 8-12 window, and I was called at 10. The tech was there by 11 and gone by 12.

WHAT CAN I SAY I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE THEIR IS NO OPTION FOR NO STAR FOR WHICH THEY REALLY DESERVE. PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM. THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME. I WAITED TODAY FOR THEIR SERVICE TECH TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 8 AM THRU 12PM. OF COURSE A NO SHOW. I CALLED OFFICE AND ASKED WHERE SERVICE TECH WAS AND IF HE WAS ON HIS WAY. RESPONSE-OH HE HAD OFF THIS WEEKEND. WELL THAT'S NICE. HOW ABOUT A CALL TO INFORM ME SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME. TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. DIDN'T EVEN SAY THEY WERE SORRY AND I AM NOT SORRY FOR GIVING THEM THIS POOR REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy in Saint Cloud

Call on a Thursday morning, they told me they would call me back and let me now weather the tech would be out on Friday or Saturday, by 1:00 pm on Friday I called them back and they told me that it would be Saturday between 12:00 and 4:00 around 4;45 I call them to see what up the girl told me she would check with the tech and call me back, needless to say it now 8:00 pm Saturday night no retrun call, no fix microwave oven.

Don't even bother

They advertise "same day service". Don't believe them. Called them at 9:30 AM, was advised tech would be at my house in 1-3 hours. Called at 1:30 PM, was advise that the tech was "running late" and would be at my home in 30-45 minutes. Called at 4:45 PM and was told that the tech went home at 4:30. So much for "same day service", NOT!!!!!!

There response time was excelent and took care of the issue on the first visit. Charges were so reasonable that I will never call anyone else ever again. Honest and trustworthy technicians.

Honest & Trustworthy

Our family has used OK Osceola Kiss. Refrig. & Appliance Repair for years. This company has acted professional and there response is fast in repairing our appliance problems. We have been very cautious when having repair people in our home, however, this company has proven to be trustworthy. We feel very comfortable with them in our home specially when we do not have to watch them. They have been fair in their pricing and often offer suggestions to help us out in the future. Thank you for being a company that steps up to the plate! It's refreshing.

Fast & Professional

I manage short term rental properties and when I have a problem with an appliance, especially a/c unit, I need to get it rerpaired and working quickly. Guests do not want their vacation disturbed by house problems. That is why I always call Osceola Refrigeration, they are professional and respond quickly, they will find the problem, fix it and have us up and running with very little disturbance to the guests. Good service and reliability can be very difficult to find these days and that is what they provide. I would recomend you call these guys if you have a problem.

Quick and Efficient Response

I am a property manager in the area and I have used this company since 2006 and I am very pleased with there overall service. In my business I require quick response and the problem fixed the first time and that is what OK has done for me on numerious occations with AC's or other major appliances. The tecnicians are very knowledgeable about the brand of appliances or AC units. There prices are very competitive and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest and efficient appliance repair company.

You made a hot situation cool down.

Osceola Refrigeration has helped me with a situation that has been going on with my Air Conditioning System.



I have one of those brand new energy efficient systems from Carrier; a 4 Ton unit with all the bells and whistles. I have had a problem with this a/c unit and the company who installed this into my home in October 2007 could not figure what was wrong. This a/c unit would whistle all the time then it would shut down with a code. One time it shut down on the weekend. The company who installed it said it would be extra money to come out on the weekend even though I had a warranty. I thought since I had a 10-year warranty that there would be no extra cost. But I was wrong and very upset about it.



I then called Osceola Refrigeration and told them my story. They figured out my problem remedied it and my a/c unit runs beautiful now and without extra cost for the weekend.



All I have to say is THANK YOU OSCEOLA REFRIGERATION. You made a hot situation cool down.

My family has been here in Kissimmee for over 50 years and we've seen many companies come and go --- we're happy to say this company has always lived up to their reputation for honesty and fairness.



It's a family owned business --- we like that and would recommend them to anyone anytime!

I HAD AN AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO FIND A COMPANY FOR SAME DAY SERVICE UNTIL I FOUND THIS COMPANY I CALL AND THREE HOURS LATER AFTER I GAVE MY INFORMATION I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM ONE OF THERE TECHNICIANS. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR PRICES TOO, I WILL KEEP USING THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

WORSE CUSTMER SERVICE EVER!!

THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE WORSE CUSTMER SERVICE EVER!!!

MY INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED THEM TO COME TO THE HOUSE TO FIX OUR MICROWAVE.WHEN THEY CAME OVER THEY CHECK IT AND SAID THAT THEY NEED TO ORDER THE PART BUT WE NEED TO PAY OUR COPAY FOR THE VISIT OF $55.00 AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO ORDER THE PART AND THEY WILL BE BACK ON TUESDAY TO PUT IN THE PART THAT WAS ON A FRIDAY THE REPAIR GUY TOLD US THAT. THEY BASICLY TOOK OUR MONEY AND HERE IT IS 2 WEEKS LATER AND NO MONEY AND OUR MICROWAVE

IS STILL NOT FIXED AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THE OFFICE THE YOUNG LATER JUST GIVES US THE RUN AROUND AND ATTITUDE WE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND SHE MAKE EXCUSSES. WE RECOMEND THAT IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FIXED DONT US THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME!

When you sell your repair service calls to an outside insurance company or home warrenty company as Ruthy did in this case you have to understand we can only go by insurance companies guidelines. They supply us the parts to save them money. (usally cheaply made ones)We have no control over how long it takes the insurance company to ship us the part and at least half the time they ship the wrong part as the insurance company parts people are the world's worst in the industry. This is what happens when you go through an insurance company instead of calling a firm directly. Many times the insurance companies or home warrenty companies look for a loop hole in the contract to deny your claim completely. (they claim poor up keep misuse of appliance and deny the claim.) Then the homeowners get very upset with us that their claim is denied or much delayed as we cannot get a quick authorization to do the repairs. (sometimes they call for a second opinion or even a third to save money or get a firm to agree it was abuse) We as an independant company are hired by the insurance company and have to go by their instructions. A couple insurance companies are fair but very slow. Most are completely looking to save money and they treat the customers totally unfair. Again we are stuck in the middle. Insurance companies are rarely a good idea. Call the company directly for good service. You will be treated fairly and promptly. Home warrenty companies call five to six independant firms and beg us to do the repairs for them as insurance companies do not have a work force of their own but beg independant firms to do the work for them when ever they can schedule the call. This process of scheduling the call can take 4 or five days as the insurance company is calling everyone in town begging them to do the repair for them. Many times when we show up the very day the call is given to us the people have been without AC or a washer for many days and are very upset before we walk in the door. However, we just got the repair job that day. To sell a repair or service with no work force to do the job is always going to cause delays and hard feelings. These are the facts when most insurance or home warrenty companies get involved. Most are very unfair to the homeowners. They just want the equipment patched up as cheaply as it can be done and look any way to deny the claim. There are a couple good home warrenty companies but most give very slow service and only pay for a patch up job at best.
