I went into the Reno location off plumb lane and wow. Me and my wife had a collection of silver dollars that we inherited and we were a little hesitate to just bring in our entire collection so we presented them with just a fraction of what we had. I asked to speak with the manager which I thought was the man in the video/commercial but apparently in was a girl named Sarah I had told her I wanted to only get an appraisal of my items and that is where it started to go downhill. She told me and some words might be added or missing but regardless she said " if you want a formal appraisal it will cost money" I told her I just want to see how much these are worth she replied " if you want to sell ill tell you how much they are worth but if you want to get them appraised I have to charge you money upfront." This made me feel very awkward like I had to sell her something or she didn't want to do business. I ended up showing her one silver dollar and she paid me 20 dollars for it because she told me it was cleaned and a common year. I wouldn't suggest going here to pushy for me. Its okay she is young she still has a lot of years to learn how to treat people with respect.
