My business and its employees rely solely on communication through mobile devices. While Nextiva’s sales department promises smooth porting, integration and fantastic service, I instead ended up with multiple disconnections, and a mountain of phone calls into technical support with a team that wasn’t educated and couldn’t resolve the issues that they created themselves.
It was promised to me through several conversations with Nextiva sales that their service would allow me to continue use of my Straight Talk device and utilize their features after port-in. It took 3 port-in attempts before their technical service team could conclude that the reason our service was not working was because I had a Straight Talk mobile device that does not allow for call forwarding. This was extremely frustrating, as it was stated in Nextiva’s business advertising that their service will “work with any provider on any device” which is ultimately incredibly inaccurate and false advertisement. Shortly after the completed troubleshooting and conclusion that my device would not work with Nextiva’s service, they ported OUT my number without my authorization at which point, my business line was not usable for nearly two weeks. My profit dropped nearly 96% during the month that I attempted use of their service (due to the multiple disconnections and unauthorized port-out of my line), and I am still to this day working to recoup the loss of business that I experienced during that time. In the four months following, our profit is still 50% below what it was prior to this disaster. Aside from the devastating profit loss, we lost many customers and it made our credibility questionable with the customers we have, due to an assumption that we went out of business during the times they tried to call and got notice of our disconnection. The simplicity of the Nextiva service at such a great price is hard to beat. Phone service costs are bound to go down in years to come but considering what some companies charge per line compared to Nextiva, it’s really a no brainier. Nextiva gets the vote!

When I needed a phone service, I decided to give Nextiva a try. The free trial helped to sweeten the deal. As a happy customer for 3 months now, it is clear the services are great.

Since moving our service to Nextiva we found that it truly is a great investment. Nextiva is a reliable phone replacement service. The difference between my old service, and Nextiva is huge. Transferring our existing phone number took about 2 days but there was no downtime during the transfer. Great service, Nextiva!

Very pleased with Nextiva. The dashboard allows total customization for the whole system. I keep adding onto and tweaking my system. The custom greetings are great and makes the business seem bigger than it really is. Just ordered a few additional lines, because Nextiva rocks.

The support rep quickly sorted out a fairly technical issue. It is nice to know that there’s still a company that respects their clients and offers value for hard earned money. Nextiva is a truly amazing company. They have many huge contracts supplying service to major corporates but they still treat the small guys with dignity. Thank you Nextiva !

Beyond saving us a large sum of money a year on VOIP costs, Nextiva has provides better connectivity and better features and a more reliable service than our old company since 2009. Their sound quality is superb. We were able to keep our phone numbers during a recent office move, and were up and running in 3 days over a weekend. We’ve not had a single problem. Nextiva Call clarity good and offers many great features included in a good price, saving a lot of $$ every month. the mobile app is awesome. tech support and customer service is great i wanted thing i wanted to change something on my account and they did it for me, and then they called back later to see if i’m happy with it. After using Nextiva for nearly a year now it's probably time to leave them a review. Got absolutely no complaints because the service just works. It does what it is supposed to do, and the price is great compared to a landline. The best feature is probably how Nextiva integrates with your iphone. When you make calls using the Nextiva app on your mobile it will show up as your office number in the recipient’s caller ID. This is useful when you’re out of the office.

It was really simple to set up the Nextiva system and even with the small upfront fee was cheaper than installing a second line using a landline telephone company. An affordable package for long distance and international calls. The mobile app is great when you’re away from the office.
