Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. There are plenty of other options out there. Their trolley is a rip off and waste of money. Their service is rude and not helpful. Everything that went wrong with their terrible product and service they blamed on my bride and I. Imagine being in the service industry and blaming a bride for your broken product!!! Booking them for our wedding was the single worst thing that could have happened to us. Our entire wedding party was uncomfortable. They refused to remedy the situation. Instead they assigned blame. Terrible. Use anyone but these thieves.

I used the services of Rhoads Limousine Service yesterday evening to take my wife and I to a restaurant in the King of Prussia area, in order to celebrate her birthday. Our driver, Tom, was very professional and courteous. He arrived a few minutes early, and the clean, late model town car we rented was very comfortable. I feel their rates are fare, and I will definitely use their services again.

Me and my buddies took hummer to philly for a night out. Driver was waiting everytime we got dropped before we called. Awesome 42 in tv. Liked the driver.

I use this service for both professional and personal transportation. I travel frequently to and from the Philadelphia airport. Cars are always spotless and on time - even when the flight is not. Drivers are courteous and polite, professionally dressed. I have rented luxury vehicles for 'nights out' as well - same response.

Vehicle broke down on the way to our wedding reception. Driver called to have another (much smaller limo people sat on floor) pick us up on its way back from a prior wedding. Limo picked us up on the side of a busy highway. New limo was TRASHED. Driver insisted that we call the owner and request refund. Called owner and he refused and hung up. I called back spoke to his wife who made multiple excuses and said it wasnt their fault they have expenses too and asked what I would do if my car broke down(which had nothing to do with it). Refused to refund us. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. I suggest you look else where before going with this comapny.
