New Mexico Educator's has the worst customer service. They also charge $35 for overdraft fees - most banks charge $26. They also charge a daily fee each day until the overdraft is rectified. I even experienced an overdraft fee when there was more than enough in the account to cover the costs. They were rude and told me I was wrong. I am so glad I switched from t...

I am so glad I switched from the Big Bank to the credit union. Easy-going polite friendly service, never have to wait in line. It's great to do business with people who treat you like their neighbor and friend.
