This has been the worst experience we could imagine. You can't get anyone on the phone without holding for a long time, constantly listening to "Your call is very important to us". When my alarm went off, they did NOT contact me so I called them because I couldn't get the alarm to turn off. I finally got a man, he hung up and I had to call back and start all over again ... meantime my alarm is still going off for over 15 minutes and won't turn off. My husband finally had to take the siren out of the ceiling to stop it. They scheduled a technician when I finally got someone on the phone to come out and repair it. They were to arrive June 4, 2014 between 8 - 11. Called at 9am and said he had a family emergency and would not be out. Rescheduled for June 11, 2014 the following week between 8 - 11. Again, they called and said the tech had a family emergency and would not be able to show up. That was today and my husband is still on the phone trying to contact corporate and they refuse to give him a contact number or let him speak to anyone from corporate. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE TO MONITOR IN A TIMELY MANNER, YOU CAN'T GET THEM ON THE PHONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEIR CORPORATE IS UNAVAILABLE FOR CONTACT. My system is still not fixed ....... looking for a new monitoring company.
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every single time I have had to call it is at least an hour of my time. Transferred from department to department. As I type I have been on the phone for 32 minutes and STILL HOLDING!! <br> <br>They missed 2 services calls and when I called to complain, I asked to speak with a Supervisor. the agent WOULD NOT put a supervisor on the phone. He told me that the supervisor was aware of my concerns and that they would send out a technician. That technician did not show up on time either and it wasn't until after I called AGAIN that someone finally showed up. <br> <br>I am furious and have already told several people NOT to use them for their security company and I will continue to let people know about the AWFUL customer service I have received. I am just sorry I am locked into a contract with them. I would definitely switch companies. <br> <br>This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had.
