I went to the minute clinic at 9101 Hwy 6 North Houston, Tx.I had a respiratory infection and cough for about a month.

I felt like *** and tired of coughing so I went to the clinic and was seen by Cristina Carrillo. I told her what was going on so she started checking my ears, nose, throat and head. After a few minutes of this I reminded her it was my lungs where I had the issue. So she listens to my chest and tells me that she hears noises in my chest and that my left heart valve is stuck and I need to get to the ER!!!!!!!!!!

I again tell her that I have some kind of chest infection and am coughing up flem. Now she is wanting to call an ambulance. At this point I have to walk out and go to another walk in clinic. They immediately tell me I have a common virus that is going around and prescribe me a 5 day prescription Z-pack.

WARNING the Minute clinics are not ran by doctors so they cant give prescriptions.Go to a true walk in clinic.

On 04/02/16 around 12 PM I decided to get Hepatitis A vaccination shots for me and my husband. The nurse practitioner wasn't friendly at all.

All my questions about suggested vaccinations for adults have been answered the following way: go to an official site or to your doctor and get all the information as I don't have any information about it at all.

She took the vaccines and opened them without putting on gloves.

Only when I asked her about gloves she said she would put them on before making the shots.Very unprofessional and dangerous attitude.

My husband went in for a sinus infection at 5:00 on a Saturday. The extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional NP lectured him that he needed to see an ENT and that antibiotics would not solve his problem. She told him he needed to see his doctor. OBVIOUSLY, we wouldn't have gone to the minute clinic if our doctor was open at 5:00 on Saturday. Bottom line, when you're sick, the last thing you want is to have a medical "professional" be nasty, rude and downright mean to you. We ended up leaving and visiting the urgent care down the street. They were quick, courteous and gave my husband a prescription for an antibiotic. AND, they were cheaper. I will never set foot in the CVS Minute Clinic on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. in West Chester, OH again. The NP that we dealt with needs a serious attitude adjustment with a heavy dose of bedside manner.

On a recent vacation, I went to the Minute Clinic at 3758 Las Vegas Blvd S in Las Vegas. After a short wait, staff took one look at my leg and referred me to a nearby urgent care clinic. They didn't even charge me. I appreciated their care and ability to know what is appropriate for them to treat and what is not.

I went to 2 different CVS Minute Clinics with a bad case of bronchitus. After an hour and a half wait for both I spent most of the time answering medical history questions. I believe they all get the same training because they both suggested the same thing. They prescribed me cough suppressants and told me to drink tea and chicken soup. Don't bother going to these Minute Clinics. They will take your money and offer no real help.

worst clinic doc ever

This is at the kildaire farm road Cary nc. she took almost 1 hr with one patient while rest of the 6 people in queue. Then went inside saying she needs to reboot her computer and took another 10 min. Waiting is painful in a clinic called minute specially when you are not feeling so well. Waste of time

Complete waste of time and money! Spent 15 or 20 minutes asking questions about medical history and about 2 minutes checking vitals. Listened to nothing I said. Thanks to the lack of any real medication (over a month ago), I now have same symptoms again. No way will they get another $80 of my money!

Waste of my time.

I was charged to have a scatter brained nurse tell me that even though I was probably sick, she was concerned about the world getting resistant to antibiotics so I should go have some chicken soup. Wasted 2 hours of my time, and then I went to a real doctor who promptly prescribed me antibiotics. I will never go back to CVS.

Never been so disrespected in my life.

Worst clinic experience ever. After witnessing the NP talking down to an amputee in a wheelchair and questioning his intelligence, I should have left. His caretaker also heard this. I went in to be treated for a sinus infection, not to be greeted with sarcasm, hatefulness, and snobbish behavior. "Let me educate you" "since I don't know where your degree is from" and "what's your education level" are NOT appropriate questions to ask when I'm explaining my symptoms. Better suited to treat farm animals that can't talk back.

Don't bother your time and money. They take your vital signs and refer you to a real doctor. No help with an expensive fee.
