I guess if you do not sell all of your baked potato's from the day before, you can just keep heating them up until they do sell. If McAlister's chooses to not throw away a 25 cent baked potato, then I will choose not to eat there. Quality is a choice, you either choose to serve fresh food or you choose to hold it until it is sold. McAlister's decided to serve me what they did not sell yesterday (at least thats what it tasted like to me). The potato skin was hard and dry and the inside was brown and dry.
