We received a quote from them in March 2016. Jonathan was very professional, answered all our questions, & had a very reasonable price. After our visit, we decided to sign a contract with them. They scheduled us for the week of May 23, 2016. The week that we were scheduled, we called them because we hadn't heard from them. We were told that our project was being delayed a week due to rain. We were later told we were being pushed out another week because of the holiday. Now we are 2 weeks behind & we have to call them multiple times at the start of week 3 of being delayed & finally get a return call. They tell us that our concrete project "is no longer in their scope" so they wouldn't be doing the work for us. We waited 3 months for them to decide they weren't going to do the work. Cancelling a project that had already been agreed to & having a signed contract is extremely unprofessional, since there were no issues with us willing to pay & being available for them to start the project!
