Mac's Plumbing

I heard about Mac's from my mother. I had been having AC problems and called to ask for her recommendation as I was unhappy with my current company. She couldn't remember who she and my dad used so she called around to ask others. She commented that she would call the plumber to see who they recommend. At the word plumber I said you may as well have them call me too because I had a slow draining shower. Rosalee called me back about 2 hours later. She was so sweet and caring. She recommended Holmes AC (who I loved). Bruce was at my house within the hour and in even less time had my shower draining like a champ! He was friendly and professional and I was so pleased I called Rosalee back and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday to have them come back and do some outside work. It was work I didn't need to be home for and to my surprise and delight they showed up Thursday! I couldn't believe it! Four hours it took Bruce and Sam fighting roots and texas heat, but I was so pleased with their hard work. Bruce took the time to explain their plan and later their challenges and backup plan. Thank you Mac's plumbing!

They would never return my phone calls. I had an appointment for an afternoon between 1p and 4p. No one ever showed up. They never called and it cost me 1/2 of work. I would not recommend them just based on customer service alone.
