Purchasing a used engine online was probably the most stressful thing I have done in a very long time. There are so many scams and bait and switch stories on the internet about this, it is really scary. I am so very thankful for Low Mileage Engines and the used engine that a guy named Wade provided for me, I just feel compelled to let the public know.



There are so many scams on the web, and this area is no exception. It is extremely scary, and based on reviews, you really do not know what to believe. I scoured the web for a week before deciding to take my chances with LME...and I am very glad (and relieved!) that I did.



Despite the fact that I did a lot of research, you really do not know what you are getting until you actually get it. I purchased a used engine from this company and my mechanic said to me, point blank, that this was a really fine motor and that he thought that I got a good deal. He even wanted to know the contact information of LME, which is a testimonial in itself.

My car was making a funny noise so I took it past the auto shop. The mechanic stated the noise is coming from the engine. My first thought was thousands.... On my way back home I pulled over & google the price for a used engine. The first place that popped up was Low Mileage Engine. I spoke with a gentlemen named Wade. He asked questions as it related to my car. Wade then stated that I

should take it to another shop. Explain it to them the same way (he explained it to me). I turned the car around & did just what he stated. I found out that it wasn't the engine it was the (ALTERNATOR) what a RELIEF! I called Wade back & told him what the problem was....

I needed a "silver lining" or an "angel" to come to my rescue. I found it and more with Tony at LME. The engine in my 2003 Hemi died after 200,000 miles. Could not have happened at a worse time. Off work do to multiple injuries, broken ribs, shoulders ect. Tony found me an engine, got me a great price, and truly cared about me and my situation. Very Honest and helpful, I called about buying a 5.7 HEMI for a Durango and the sales rep told me that I was better off not buying the vehicle which needed the engine because it would cause me more headaches than it was worth. I appreciate thier honestly and advice.
