My Dad came here for rehab and had a completely opposite experience. There must have been a change in personnel. The therapists got him walking better than he was in the hospital. The nurse on the 6th floor (Annemarie, I think that's her name) always called his doctor if anything changed with him. They would always answer the call bell right away even if they couldn't help us right then, they would come back quickly. My Dad had to be transferred to the respiratory floor because he had some trouble breathing and even though its not as new as the 6th floor, it was always very clean. Overall, the nursing staff was friendly and helpful (with the exception of one CNA who we reported and she was taken care of on the spot). Even the housekeeping staff was very nice. They had a care plan meeting with my whole family and talked to us about Dad's progress and what the plan was going to be when he went home. If my Dad ever gets sick again, he will definitely be going back there.
