On April 16, 2015, I purchased plant products from Lomans Landscaping and paid for them to plant it. I was told the plant material was warranted for 1 year. The following week, Jeff Loman and his associate arrived and planted the products and told me the planted were warranted for 1 year. We had a nice discussion in the front yard and assured me he would take care of any problems. Just keep my receipts.
6 month later….
On Saturday September 19, 2015, I emailed Jeff Loman to tell him of the problem with the Nelly Stevens shrub, complete with pictures of the failing plant product and a copy of the receipt. No response.
On Wednesday, September 23, I sent another email to him and again no response.
On Thursday, September 24 I called to location at approx 10:30 am. I was told that Mr. Loman was “in the back” and would have to call me back and again no response.
It is obvious that Jeff Loman/Loman Landscaping has no intention of making their products and representations good to customers. They won’t even return emails/calls to customers, to discuss the matter. We are now forced to replace the plant material/labor at our expense, due to this merchant’s actions. Hopefully, this will prevent someone else from getting the same type of treatment from Loman’s.
