Leisure Pools

I had a great experience with Glen and his crew. They were right on time and got my new liner in perfect. I thought it was leaking and glen was very helpful getting it straight. I bought this house with a pond for a pool top notch guys

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Installed an incorrect liner (confirmed my three other pool companies) in my 30x40' inground pool and now 50% of the liner is pulling away from the wall and has splits around the skimmer. Owner quickly blamed it on our winterization technique (which was the same technique we have used for over 30 years with no problems in the past) and will not honor their own warranty, replace or refund the cost or even stand behind their work. Owner told me to "find another company to install it" - because he doesn't want to deal with the headache and mistakes HE and his business made.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is absolutely the worst of the worst, they installed a new filter system for my in ground pool, and left me with numerous pvc pipe leaks, they never showed up when they were supposed to, I constantly changed my plans and took off work, and I finally left them a message DONT COME BACK, I only wish I could leave a less than a one star rating

Contacted this company. My wife read Brian W's review after. When the company called me, I mentioned this review to them and said I was concerned about how they handle their business. The owner replied, "S*** happens. Can't do anything about it. Sorry." Wow. Thanks for the warning. I would never do business with them!
