Kingman Cab - Kingman Transportation Service

This cab never showed after several calls asking if the cab would be here I was finally lied to about how she was going to call and being a female she could not lift my bag. I explained I had someone with me to lift my things besides not asking she assumed and just never pick me up. I was 2 hours late to my appointment after I called 2 hour in advance. This is a terrible company but unfortunately one of the 2 for this town.

This weekend my husband and I were stuck in the sand up to our axles out in the middle of the desert in a wash (husband says he'll listen to me from now on when I say not to do something) and every towing company we called laughed at us and refused to come anywhere near the area we were in. I am disabled and so I was pretty much stuck if we couldn't get help. We finally called for a cab to get us back to town but figured if tow trucks wouldn't brave the area a cab wouldn't either, but the lady we talked to knew the area and she showed up within 20 minutes (we had been stuck for 6 hours). The car rental finally got ahold of a towing company and they arrived at the same time as the cab. This lady was an angel. She didn't want to leave us stranded if the car couldn't be freed. So even though her shift was over she stayed with us to make sure we made it to safety. These are good people and on my next trip to Kingman, if I need a cab, they're who I will be calling.

I take taxis in Kingman all the time and overall I have to say the drivers have been courteous and professional. Driver Paul has always been nice and knows his way around Kingman. He is not rude or unprofessional as far as I've known. I am glad Kingman Cab is there! I would hate to have to rely on KART.

Inconsistent and extremely rude. They've made me 25 minutes late to work after I gave them AN HOUR in advance and they promised they'd be there in time. After they were 15 minutes late again, (also with an hour notice) I called them to tell them my dissatisfaction about me being lied to and having to pay an hour of my wage to be late to work. After I expressed how poorly I believed their service to be, they have intentionally treated me maliciously, because they recognize my home and work address. They've intentionally made me late because they can't stand that they had an angry customer, there ought to be a different taxi service that doesn't shame Kingman's name.
