When you want a travel agency with professional knowledge and personal service use Kendale Lakes Travel. They quickly give you several choices of hotels at every location in order to find what you want.

It is also essential to get good "logistics" for the trip in order to avoid unnesserary flights and stopovers. This they do excellently with their knowledge of flights, boat connections and cruises.

This is a full service agency. Barbara knows her stuff!!!. She provides wonderful customer service (above and beyond any other travel agency that I have used). She works extremely hard to get you exactly what you are looking for. Having travelled extensively herself, she offers first hand information on land tours, hotels, cruises etc.

Just had a fabulous time in Havana, Cuba organized by Kendale Lakes Travel. Barbara and her team, with precision planning, provided our group with five days of Cuba that none of us will forget. Great accommodations, transports, guided tours, and wonderful tour guides, Manual and our bus driver, Jorge. We soaked up all Havana has to offer. I plan on using Kendale Lakes for all my future travel plans. Thanks, Kendale Lakes.

Kendall Lakes Travel has been helping us with out travel plans for several years. They supported our retirement vacation by helping schedule our itinerary, from Miami to Barcelona, through Spain to Madrid, Then on to Rome for a cruise of the Greek isles and back to Lisbon on the way home. The flights, transfers and hotels were perfect, exactly as we requested.. This past Summer the provided the same excellent service for our most recent trip to Paris, a Seine river cruise and finally to Switzerland.

Kendall Lakes Travel is way above any other travel agency I have used. No other agency will fight for their clients like KLT does. They walk a million miles to ensure client satisfaction. We've recommended them to many of our traveling friends and relatives.

Thanks to Kendale Lakes Travel we had a wonderful trip to France. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as all the Hotels they recommended and booked us were excellent!! They also gave us information as to where the must go places are in each city we stopped. We were even upgraded on our flight!! I also used them on our last summer cruise vacation which we had a group of 7 cabins and we were all close together on the same deck as well as having our dinner tables all together!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! First Class!!

Have been fortunate enough to travel around the world thanks to the owner and her staff at Kendale Lakes Travel! She has made all of the arrangements for me including hotels, transfers to and from airports, tours, and even has made restaurant recommendations in cities around the world. I have worked with other travel agencies over the years, but Kendale Lakes is the only one I will ever use again! They're fabulous!

I contacted this travel agency 3 weeks ago. I was excited to be provided their services given the excellent feedback I read here. After an email, a reminder email, and 3 phone calls where I was told that I would be emailed the info for my trip that same day, I have received no such help. When planning a trip I would rather be told they have time to take me on rather than give me the run around and waste valuable time. I booked the air travel myself as I found this company to be thoroughly unreliable and apparently too busy to need my patronage.

I highly recommend this agency. They arranged air travel, hotels, and rail passes for a four-week trip to Spain. We were very satisfied with their services.

The fine staff at Kendale Lakes Travel have always been prompt at answering questions before a trip and giving assistance during my trips when needed. I have been to Las Vegas, South America, Russia, Japan and Thailand with their assistance. I will use them again for the next trip I take.

They are terrific! Detailed, efficient, and friendly!! They really know their destinations AND the hotels, restaurants, and appropriate tours for our requirements. Have been to Europe and Asia with them along with perfect cruises ... Can't recommend them enough. (they have even saved us money with their skilled choices) We have used them for 12 years for ALL of our trips.
