I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. They were very courteous and helpful at first. They told me how much they would give me for the car, and also promised $1000 in restaurant and grocery store vouchers. The man said in about two weeks I would receive the vouchers in the mail. The towing company showed up as scheduled and gave me a check. About a month went by and I never received the vouchers so I called and spoke to a John. He changed his tone quickly and was very rude. He kept saying he would send them and then would hang up on me. I have e-mailed several times with no response, called several times only to be lied to, hung up on, and treated rudely. It has been over three months now so I have given up on the vouchers. I urge you please do not use this company unless you like to be lied to and treated very rudely.

My 2001 vehicle had not been consistently driven for a few years, though the engine still started. Had some mechanical issues so could not be sold in a traditional way. I contacted multiple companies and Heather was by far the most helpful and straightforward. Car was picked up the next day since Heather and I closed the deal late in the day. The tow truck driver was also courteous and helped me remove my plates because they were still active. The pick up took about 10 minutes and we were done. Would definitely recommend this company for fast removal of a vehicle with issues.

I called to get rid of my 2002 Chevrolet impala body in great condition, just needs some transmission work, 212k miles and they offered me $170 for it. Kbb valued it in poor condition at $1000+ I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Heather was most helpful, cordial and dependable in arranging the sale of my 1999 Honda Civic that I wanted to sell. I recommend the services of her and her company.

RIchard was a wonderful help and did a fantastic job providing me with the assurance I needed in selling a vehicle online for the first time. He followed up after the sale and was there to answer questions after the fact. I would definitely use them again!

Heather made it easier for us to get rid of our 2001 Sienna with 265,000 miles in it. Got paid as close to KBB blue book value considering some work needed to be done with the car. Van as picked up over the weekend, receive the check at the same time, deposited and got cleared a few days later. I highly recommend calling Heather first before you do anything with your old car....

I recently sold my damaged car to JYCT. With the help from Ms Heather, who is a very patient, hard-working person, everything went well and I didn't need to spend a lot to fix my damaged, almost 8-year-old car.

First of all, I'm super lazy and I probably wouldn't write a review for my own mother, Heather and the rest at JYCT were soooo incredible! They beat all other offers, walked me through the paperwork, and picked up the 2 cars the next day. I got a check, went and cashed it and I am so pleased I called.

The 2001 Nissan Xterra was.loaded with over 1,000 lbs. of stuff when it konked out going over the Palmdale pass. A mechanic heard it banging and smoking and pronounced it dead. "No oil." "Forget it."



Online buyers liked thatthe calculation made using the bxue book value figured in a replacement engine, but even with pictures, the offers were pretty awful. Largely due to the battery being dead, was the guess. And the questions being asked seemed to ignore the ad, like they never read it?



Enter Heather Frank at junkyourcartoday, where this was the first or second web page banner button that did not want a life story in exchange for a ballpark.



Since there was an ad with pictures, there were just a few questions, and the offer was 50% more than the flesh and bones dismantlers were offering.



The story takes another turn though, because friends who knew the car coyld not accept its imminent demise at a car auction, and this lead to some fiddling with the engine that got it closer to rehabilitating. It ran! So now, it was time to cancel the transaction?! Shopping for another offer showed.up almost the same day Heather's offer was accepted, and that is just asking for trouble, but life has stuff like that, doesn't it?



Junk your car today was extremely kind, and cancelled the transaction. What more can I add?

Note: I am in the Philadelphia area and all of my business was handled telephonically. A local Auction / Wholesale Company (Manheim) bought the car and a local tow company (Hibsman Towing) was dispatched to my residence in order to pick up my vehicle; title and check (Bank of America) were exchanged, transaction completed! That EASY!

If you call to salvage a car BE SURE TO TALK TO STEVE D!!! He without a doubt changed my mind from any other business i would go through!!! If i ever have this problem again ( hopefully i wont) I will recommmend all m friends family exc. To call and talk to Steve!!! Thanks Steve for being great at Customer Service!!! I will only ask for you! You made us happy!!! Your Boss should be very happy!!!

The guy on the phone was obviously from new york at some point in his life, and was completely cool. They also offered me $225 more than anyone else. Good attitude, good people, fast easy...... Made a difficult decision easy and painless.
