Here are important things to look for when choosing a towing company. Adequate insurance should be in place and a certificate should be produced on demand. Your equipment is valuable and if damage does occur, regardless of fault, the towing company you choose should be insured properly. You should expect your call to be answered courteously and politely and not diverted to an answering service. Unfortunately, emergencies don't happen in an orderly way, and when conditions are harsh your towing company should have enough back-up to handle multiple calls. The equipment which responds to your call should be in tip top condition and ready for the task at hand. Our dispatchers are trained to ask the right questions so we can send the right truck on its way the first time. Your towing company should handle your vehicle, equipment or truck as if it were their own. Reputable towers are in business for the long term, not for a quick return.         Wow, I was very impressed with their quick response to me.
        Their service response team dispatch their tow guy and he was right on time!
        He was in a uniform and very professional to me.

        This company takes advantage of people by grossly overcharging for towing. I think they make up their own fees as they go along. They charge you for mileage that takes them back to "their" destination. Not only are the drivers not helpful and courteous, but they are downright rude! IF POSSIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
