The process from making the appointment to getting the service was flawless. The price was just right. The job was performed beyond expectations. I will like to commend Jarrod for a great service. He took the time to explain to me how to keep my septic in top shape, he was friendly, courteous, did the job in a timely manner, and left the site as though he was never there. I think I found a company that I would like to continue doing business with.

Fair pricing, Fast and timely service, friendly and knowledgeable operator. What more can you ask of in a company? Let me tell you how they went above and beyond this... I'd like to personally recommend Albert. He was the operator that cleaned my tank. Since purchasing my home in a foreclosure sale, I had no information whatsoever given to me about my property. I was able to track down a permit given by the Hernando County Health Department (Thanks Lillian!) in 2004. This permit was pulled for replacement of the drainfield. It came with the site map showing the area where my tank was. Thank goodness I was able to get this because the tank was much further out than normal. Even with the map, I, myself, could not find it since the original markers were gone and it was buried over two feet below ground. Albert was able to quickly locate it, he dug it up, and of course it was full and he stated that there might be a failing drainfield. Knowing that there had been work in 2004, he decided to try something else. He dug out the second lid (remember it was 2 ft down and 90 degrees out) and discover that they had retrofitted a filter during the previous work. He was able to ascertain that the filter was the problem (clogged) and that the drainfield was fine. The tanks were pumped spotless. The filter thoroughly cleaned. Albert also took time to explain everything to me and educate me on my system. He even went so far as to call me back to his truck before he left to give me a pamphlet that explained even more. Now, as you know, this would have been a prime opportunity to get me, as an unaware consumer, to get a complete new drain field installed when it wasn't needed. Instead, he went extra measures to be honest. Honesty, Integrity, and pride in your work - this is what should be expected from professionals that you hire. Johns by John II completely embodies this concept and I personally recommend them.

I really enjoyed doing business with this company. I had an emergency at night time an they were very prompt in taking care of my needs. Very professional and courteous. I will continue to use this company for my septic needs.
