I had a very smooth experience having my BMW shipped through Joe's Car Shipping. They explained the pricing and shipping process very well and notified me at every step of the process. My son is in the us army , we were shipping him a vehicle, the company took the deposit out and never picked up the vehicle.. They never called to let us know they were not showing up, my husband called and every time he called they had an excuse for the driver, after almost two weeks of waiting , my husband calls to cancel and ask for a refund of the deposit and the person he spoke to, says they can't refund cash because of the inconvenience, they have to charge us for going out of their way and coming to Victorville to pick up the vehicle.. Never never showed up, my son works hard for his money and for them to keep his deposit is wrong..
