        Overall

        Stay away from this guy. He will tell you it "costs nothing" for him to come out. Then after he is inside he will tell you "I charge $369.99 to diagnose the problem...it might take me 5 minutes or it might take all day." On top of that he wanted me to pay $125 for a $15 ballast box for the basic floursecent fixture. A very dishonest man. Told me he could not "test" the bulbs that were in the fixture. minutes later I SAW him test them and HEARD them test positive. What a liar. Man is dispicable. waits till he gets there to tell you his basic (rip off) charge!!

        EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ON TIME.OUR LIGHTS IN FAMILY ROOM WERE FLICKERING AT 10 PM AND WE CALL JOE ELECTRIC,WITHIN 25 MIN THEY SHOW AT OUR FRONT DOOR.



        HIGHLY RRECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
