        BE AWARE
        John agreed to come to our office within 1.5hr from my call. He check the fax line, however could not lift the telephone board cover (appox. 20lbs) to switch fax line to the forwarding line. Hi has charged $120 cash for 1/2 hr test.
        I think he is some kind of a 'fanny' retired repair man!
