The tech was very professional and was on time for the appointment. He called ahead of time to tell me he was running behind, but still arrived within the 2 hour time frame he previously stated during our first conversation. He repaired my Hitachi rear projection tv in a timely manner and pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have nothing but great things to say about Herbert.
He did a great job repairing my TV at a reasonable price.
His customer service is also excellent.
We have used him on more than one occasion and will definitely use his services when we need a TV repaired.
If you need your TV repaired don't look any further.

Totally professional, does exactly what he says he'll do. He's honest, didn't try to snow me and I understood what the problem was.

Now if we could figure out some way to get Sony to build a reliable 60-inch that will last longer than 14 months . . .

WOW - all these 5 star reviews and I expected way better when I placed my phone call minutes ago but the guy seemed more concerned with getting me to agree to an $89.95 charge for coming out and giving me an estimate than anything else.
I asked "Well, can I not tell you what the TV is doing before committing to that?"
He went on and on about how he could make 1000 guesses over the phone and none of them could be right and then back into the whole drill about the $89.95.......
Here's some advice for whoever that was that answered my call:
Slow down - don't run straight into blahblahblah blah about coming out and charging your flat fee when you do your estimate and try to get someone to agree to that immediately. (At one point his speech was so jumbled and he talked so fast I couldn't even make out what he was saying!)
Treat potential customers like they're potential customers - all you had to do was let me tell you what the picture on the tv looked like then you possibly could've told me you've had success repairing similar issues and guess what? I probably would've scheduled an appointment.
Imagine that.
I totally get that you need people to realize that your time is valuable and there's a charge for the "service call" or whatever when you come out to do your estimate, but once that's already been established... just humor people a little bit.
I'd rate him half a star if it would let me.

I have asked Herbert to fix my DLP tv a few times over the years and on each occasion he was a true professional, very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain all options to me. His prices are very fair and I recommend him very highly to anyone that needs electronic repairs.

Herbert came to my house three days ago to fix my 50" Samsung TV. I was a little confused about what he was saying at first, but it was worth a try. He arrived on time and was able to fix my TV within less than an hour at a reasonable price!!! He also walked me through everything he was doing. I recommend him to anyone. If you don't understand something just ask him.

I am so glad we called H S Electronics to come fix our expensive TV that just stopped working all of a sudden! Mr. Herbert came to our house the day after we called, was on time and was able to fix our TV in no time. Great customer service, I definitely recommend H S Electronics.

I was very surprised at the cost of the repair as I figured it would have cost me and my wife more for the T.V. to get fixed But the T.V. Doctor was Polite and On Time Very Fast Service and we will definitely call him next time we need T.V. Repair

I needed service on my TV and based upon reviews of HS ELECTRONICS called them. Mr. Sanders could not have more polite and extremely responsive. He was on-site within 24 hours and analyzed the problem. He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I would strongly recommend him and his company to anyone. He is a winner!!

At age 66 this is my first review but HS ELECTRONICS provided such a high level of in home service, at a very reasonable price. that I feel compelled to inform others that this is a service with which they would be well satisfied, should a need for tv repair arise.

I searched for a repairman in the Franklin, TN area and several companies came up. One of them was HS Electronics. I contacted him by e-mail and got an immediate response. He came out, gave me an estimate, I agreed to the price and he fixed my T.V. right then and there. . He was a man of his word which is a rarity in our society.What a blessing to have met a man of such integrity. No wonder all his reviews are outstanding!

Completely agree with all of the 5-star reviews here. Mr. Sanderlin is courteous, professional, prompt (and calls when he's on his way). He offers plenty of scheduling options for the visit, and a 90-day warranty with his work (a fuse went out on our set a couple of weeks after the initial repair -- he fixed it quickly and at no charge). He also has a large service area (including Clarksvile). Absolutely recommend him for your repair needs.

We had a few of our Televisions and a Home Theater receiver go out due to a blown transformer.

My wife called H S Electronics based on the reviews she read here. He came over and diagnosed the problems and wrote up estimates for the insurance company. He was so polite (And, even put up with my silly 4 and 2 year old children).

I can not say enough positive complements about the quality and professionalism that he exhibited during his visit.

If you are looking for a service repairman. Stop looking...You found him.

Herbert was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & honest! He also took extra time to answer questions I had re: my TV & the differances in the new TV's. Buying a new TV was my best option and he said if I had any questions re: purchasing one to feel free to call him anytime, which I did an am very thankful for his service & kindness & knowledge to help me make my decision. I would recommend him to anyone & use his service again if needed!

I appreciate Herbert and the time he took trying to figure out the problem with our Toshiba LCD television. Even though our TV was beyond repair we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend him to anyone.
